Mi Love is an artist, who recently released new single “Pink in the Box”. Recently, ‘Mia Love’ was interviewed by ‘Fashion Pani’ magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with her.
Fashion Pani: Welcome back Today, we’ve got a rising star who’s shaking up the scene with their brand-new single “Pink in the Box”. It’s bold, it’s catchy, and it’s already climbing the charts. Please welcome the incredibly talented Artist Mi Love.
Artist Mi Love: Yooo! Thanks for having me. Love the energy in here already!
Fashion Pani: Let’s talk about “Pink in the Box”. That title alone had people curious even before the drop. What’s the story behind it?
Artist Mi Love: yesss yeah—it definitely got people talking. *”Pink in the Box”* is really about freedom of expression, unwrapping layers of who we are. There’s a playful side, but there’s also depth in the lyrics. It’s about reclaiming identity, sensuality, and just… not being afraid to stand out.
Fashion Pani: Love that. And musically, it’s got such a unique vibe. There’s a little pop, Hip Hop , Rockstar emotion What inspired the sound?
Artist Mi Love: I’m a genre blender, for real. I grew up around so many sounds—Hip Hop in the kitchen, R&B in my headphones, and synth-pop at parties. With this track, I just wanted to create something that felt like me—unpredictable but intentional.
Fashion Pani: You’ve definitely carved out your own lane. Was there a moment in the studio when you knew this track was special?
Artist Mi Love: Oh yeah. When we laid down the track , My Producer Mo said go ! Turned the volume up and I just let out ! Everyone in the room just froze, then we all started vibing like crazy. I said, “Yeah, this one’s not staying in the vault.”
Fashion Pani: Talk to us about your songwriting process. Do you start with a melody, a word, a beat?
Artist Mi Love: Depends on the day. Sometimes it’s a word I overhear on the street, other times it’s a feeling I wake up with. For Pink in the Box, it started with a beat that just demanded confidence. The lyrics flowed like a diary entry raw, but polished.
Fashion Pani: You’re known for being bold, authentic, and stylish—especially in your visuals. What can fans expect from the Pink in the Box music.
Artist Mi Love: Ohhh, the visuals are 🔥! Without giving too much away—it’s a blend of fantasy and reality. Think high-fashion meets surreal dreamscape. It’s very feminine, but powerful. I wanted to show different sides of what it means to be “in the box”… and what it means to break out of it.
Fashion Pani: That sounds iconic. Looking ahead—what’s next? Is Pink in the Box a teaser for a bigger project?
Artist Mi Love: Definitely. This single is just the start. I’ve got an EP coming—different moods, different stories. But they all connect. It’s gonna show even more of my evolution, both as an artist and as a person.
