Stuart began his career in high street banking, spending three decades supporting business and commercial clients across a wide range of industries. During that time, he developed an in-depth understanding of the financial pressures, operational demands, and strategic decisions that shape business success. By 2013, having reached the pinnacle of his banking career, Stuart felt compelled to channel his expertise into something more direct and impactful — helping business owners build stronger, more resilient companies from the inside out.

In 2015, Stuart transitioned into business coaching, bringing with him decades of financial discipline and client-facing experience. His impact was swift. By 2017, he was appointed Board Director within the coaching organisation — a position he continues to hold.
