Adam Luther

JUNE 2023 – DALLAS, TEXAS –

Adam Luther is a hip hop artist, producer, director, and musician of Albanian descent from Ypsilanti, MI. He remains determined and genuine with his endeavors. Adam has maintained his commitment to excellence and the motivations of those around him. Adam discusses his future plans and the driving forces behind his perseverance. “Most songs I make come with a concept, or something I’m looking to convey overall. I direct all my own videos. I’ve been releasing singles building toward my next project. I feel like if you can put on a great live show, you can set yourself up for consistent income. I’ve taught myself to rhyme and play the piano at the same time, and look to add that to the end of each live show as a send off at the end of my set.” Adam has been focused on his work and has maintained his consistency throughout the years by collaborating with a diverse range of people. “I have a new single coming out called “Hot Chips” produced by RJ Lamont. A great producer from Detroit. The visuals should catch some attention.”

Known as being authentic, honorable, and a creative artist overall, Adam is now focusing on keeping up his motivating grind so that he may expand upon his present success and continue to serve as an inspiration to others. He offers guidance about some important aspects of his grind and his inspiration. “Most people listen with their eyes first, when they see me. I’ve been used to that my whole life. I find solace in the silence of waiting for that moment to shatter everyone’s expectations of what they thought was going to happen once I do my thing. I approach it all with humility, but they bout to learn and unlearn what this truly is.” Adam constantly retains his focus on the end result, which he is aware is crucial if he wants to succeed. Adam has made the correct decision and remains steadfast.

What city are you from?

My family is of Albanian descent. I was born in Dearborn, MI. I’ve moved around the metro Detroit area my whole life. I grew up and spent most of my time in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor.

The diverse creative, Adam, explains more on the struggles he has overcome to be where he is at. Adam keeps going because he knows that his hardships have made him stronger. “I had to put that self doubt on a shirt. I feel like we all come across illusions of fear that we ultimately need to break through. I was bullied as a kid so I’ve used a lot of that initially as fortitude to push through. It’s grown into discipline and understanding how thoughts actually work. I’ve learned that the narratives we tell ourselves a lot of times aren’t always true. Being honest with myself and being able to prioritize what is constructive and what isn’t.” Motivation is not an issue for Adam, and he keeps a positive attitude no matter what he deals with. “Nothing cornier than being broke, then pointing your finger at folks holding a job hustling to get where they need to be to support themselves and their family. I’ve been working, saving and investing in myself toward my career since I was 15 years old. A lot of 12 hour shifts. I was a dishwasher, bartender, server, line cook. I used to help put performance stages together. I used to help my cousin paint houses. I used to sell flooring going into random people’s homes. I’ve put all of it toward all aspects of my career. I’m now getting to a point where I’m starting to move merch and set up shows through my website www.adamluther.com.”

Adam went on to remark that his passion for music will always be a driving force in his life and that important persons in his life had a significant effect on his career. He says that his own passion and inspiration has gotten him where he is today with the inspiration of others. “The most influential people in my life as a kid were Bruce Lee and Kobe Bryant. The assassins mentality with a stillness approach. Will Smith before the slap. That was tragic. Nonetheless, more personally I’ve had a lot of cousins in my life that I’ve been close with that have influenced my taste in basketball, hip hop, wrestling etc. at an early age.” Adam views himself as an ambitious artist who has become more of an inspiration and a go-getter to others because of his work ethic and determination. Others look up to him. The emphasis of Adam Luther’s concentration is now on continuing to pursue his musical profession in order to build his already strong foundation even further than it is already. Adam has his sights set on the prize and realizes that in order to be successful, one must not only invest in oneself, but also in those who will invest in you in exchange for their efforts on his behalf.
