I’m singing about a woman who has the experience, knows what she wants, and has no complaints about a partner who simply can’t give her what she’s looking for right now,” Angela shares about her lyrical heroine.
The video fully captures the song’s storyline, showing a woman who has left her past love behind and is waiting for a plane that will take her into a new life, leaving the past forever in the rearview.
“I’m not singing about a painful breakup, so the video carries a light and positive vibe. It captures that specific moment when you realize a chapter in your life has ended, and you are excited for the new one. The plane and the airport in the video are both symbolic and narratively fitting, representing a new journey and the end of an old relationship,” the star adds.
For the video, Angela’s team rented a real jet, where most of the filming took place. Inside the plane, Angela reflects on the past and the summer romance that has ended—a bright adventure that deserved to end at its peak, preserving it as a sweet memory, untouched by harsh reality.
